Shots Trip to Baungon
Group 2 holds the camera this week and they plan to go somewhere out of the city to take shots of the bounty of nature. They have decided to capture the lashing warmth of sunrise over the contoured mountains. They wonder where to go to take these shots until Elmira “Mirang” come up with an idea. Her grandparents live in Baungon, Bukidnon, going northwest from the city, Cagayan de Oro. It’s a town in Bukidnon where beautiful sceneries of mountains and other gifts of nature are to be found. And the plans are to be followed this Friday night.
And oh, I forgot to tell you, I’m not a member of group 2. I’m from group 1 yet I don’t want to miss the adventure group 2 people will explore so I asked them if I could come and they said ‘Yes’. Presto I’m going to Baungon.
Mirang took this photo while waiting for Jerwin to come. Its showering that time. We were in one of the kiosks at school.
When all are gathered in the rendezvous, we started departing then going to a foundation who gave Mirang her scholarship. Nuns are the ones who ruled that certain foundation. When we get there, we watched a short film about the life of Saint Ignatius of Loyola. After watching we had a little sharing with the group of new faces to me but are all very hospitable and friendly. After all the sharing and making new friends, we proceed then to Mirang’s house at Macasandig. Her parents welcomed us with great enthusiasm and hospitality.
We were inside Mirang’s house. Jerwin (the one with the white cap) is jokingly seducing Kevin to become his mate. (LOL)
While waiting for our dinner to be served, the very quiet and demure Celine smilingly showcased her nice teeth in front of the camera with me. Sweet ![]()
Just look at the sunrise.. Very beautiful..![]()
We were standing beside the cliff.. I love the view. So cool.
Silhouetted group picture! I envy this picture. I wasn’t there. I was the one who captured this shot.
Mountain tours at Baungon. Very beautiful place. A must see place. Super nice![]()
One of my favorite shots. Its called Dalagang Bukid.
A very long walk but all its all worth it.
Taking a break after a very long walk. Our soles were aching already.
Finally we’re home and its time to eat. Gosh we were already starving.
These are some of the shots taken during our escapade at Baungon, Bukidnon. These shots were courtesy of my friends’ and I.
My trip here was very amazing and I wish to come back here together with more friends and we’ll go to more places. I wish I could press rewind.
